Elise Bjelica, APRN-BC is a board-certified nurse practitioner with over 8 years of experience in medical aesthetics and dermatology, known for her meticulous technique and refined, natural results.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Adventist University of Health Sciences in Orlando, Florida, and began her career at AdventHealth, where she spent five years in a cardiac progressive care unit. During this time, Elise completed her Master of Science in Nursing as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner through the University of Central Florida.

Elise went on to complete an extensive didactic and hands-on dermatology and aesthetic training program, giving her a strong medical foundation paired with an artistic eye. She has broad experience treating skin, hair, and nail conditions across all ages and is also trained in surgical dermatology, including skin cancer excisions and cyst removals.

Jaycee is our Medical Assistant and leads much of the day to day patient operations. She graduated high school magna cum laude with an associates degree and in honor society. She is currently completing her Bachelor’s degree in nursing from Galen College of Nursing.

Jaycee’s mix of being driven, caring and outgoing along with her problem solving and organizational skills bring tremendous value to the customer experience at Glow St. Pete. She has leadership experience as a gymnastics coach, as well as a manager at Ice Cream Old Farmers Creamery Shop, and additionally served as a lead managing server at Salt Shack in Tampa.

Outside of work and school, Jaycee is an accomplished singer who has performed at multiple venues across the Tampa Bay Area, as well as Nashville, and has released three original songs available on all streaming music platforms.

Kerri is the friendly face (and voice!) that helps guide patients through their aesthetics journey with ease and a smile. She’s been in the aesthetics world for 5 years, bringing warmth, organization, and a true love for helping people feel confident and cared for. Before diving into aesthetics, Kerri worked in elementary education—so she’s a natural when it comes to patience, communication, and keeping things running smoothly.

Originally from sweet home South Alabama, Kerri made the move to sunny St. Pete in July 2023 after living in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. She tied the knot in September 2024 and is now happily married with three adorable beagle babies: Eugene, Archie, and Tillie (who definitely run the household).

Galena Neal is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC ), and holds her Master’s degree in Nursing from South University where she graduated with high honors. She is also a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

With over 15 years of medical experience, Galena originally cared in both Neonatal and Pediatric Intensive Care Units. While always having an eye for beauty and a love for health, she decided to merge her passions together and transition her career to focusing on Aesthetics.
